We want you to love your Reneé Rapp gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
